Visiting New Hampshire this week

This week I'm visiting my old home state of New Hampshire to see old friends, visit family, and meet new friends as I raise prayer and financial support to keep me set as a watchman on the wall in Kansas City. I usually come back here at least once per year to stay connected to what the Lord is doing in my old home church and what He's stirring among the young adults in the region.

Last night, I had the opportunity to speak in Rindge, NH at Monadnock Full Gospel Church for their evening Sunday service and prayer meeting. It was such an encouraging time for me and for the folks who attended. What the Lord is stirring in this hour related to prayer and worship all across the globe is unprecedented - apart from any organization or franchise, the Holy Spirit is stirring hearts to pray and worship like never before. I spoke on this topic and how it relates to the coming global exaltation of God, and how the earth will come to know that He alone is the living God through the open display of Jesus Christ to the nations.

I've got several more meetings with friends this week, but if you're reading this blog from New Hampshire and you'll be around this next week, let's make sure we connect! Get in touch with me!

I also had the chance to drop by my old high school on the way in from the airport for old times sake:
Merrimack High School

It has died a tragic death...

Well, after dying on the highway at the beginning of August, I had to officially pronounce the car that I purchased last year as dead. A shop and the dealership were not able to find out what the problem was for certain, and without dumping massive amounts of money into it there was no way we were going to fix it. The problem does not seem to be mechanical but rather electrical in nature. It's currently sitting in my garage waiting to go on craigslist to the most willing person to have it towed away and wants a car to tinker with getting it fixed. It's still a great car inside and out - it's clean and the engine mechanically is in good shape at 174,000 miles.

As a result, I'm raising funds for my third car in the last year and a half. I'm hoping to buy something newer and more reliable this time around so that I don't have to deal with car problems again for a while. The Lord has already blessed me with some funds, but I'm still looking to raise more. If you feel led by the Lord to contribute to my car fund, check out this page to see how you can donate. My heart would be forever grateful!

Wow... I cant believe I was there at the beginning on the highway. That's crazy! Well I will be praying for you man that the Lord would provide funds for a new one. Have a good trip man!
Cya later!

Yeah, let me tell you man, I

Yeah, let me tell you man, I am convinced that praying in tongues works :) haha!

Thanks for praying man!

PS: To all you onlookers wondering what we're talking about, Kurt and I were in my car on the highway when it broke down. I was picking him up from the airport, and when the car broke down we pulled off to the side of the highway, rolled our windows down, and prayed in tongues for a while :)
