When Jesus returns, I'm most looking forward to seeing Him face to face!!

Looking Forward to Jesus Return

I can't wait to look right into His eyes, and forever see more of His love, His passions, His desire for us.
To fully encounter His Heart.

Amen

Yes!

His eyes and His glance the first time I see Him is such a motivator in my life. I blogged about it here a while back...

Meat eating

i sent you this as an email, but i'll post it here as well:

i was about to answer your poll when i realized one of the choices was "eat the fatty meats" was a choice. now i am a die-hard carnivore, but after reading Isaiah 11 about the lion eating straw like an ox in the millennial reign i started wondering if we were going to eat meat after Jesus returns. verse 9 talks about no animal hurting or destroying during that time, so i am wondering if that goes for humans too (of course ones under christ's rule. sinners will still murder if they choose to)

what are your thoughts?

Hey Matthew, I'll post here

Hey Matthew, I'll post here what I sent you in the email:

I'm not sure about Isaiah 11 saying that animals will not be killed, but Isaiah 25, especially verses 1-9, look very "millennial" to me, and verse 6 is pretty clear that the Lord is going to prepare a feast (perhaps the wedding supper of the Lamb) with "fat things full of marrow" (NIV: "the best of meats").

Hence the option on my poll.

Hope it helps :)

Where does the fatty meat

Where does the fatty meat idea come from? I've been searching the scriptures and can't find it... Aren't we going to be restored to the pre-sin/no death state?

Isaiah 25:6 :)

Isaiah 25:6 :)

Thanks! :)

Thanks! :)

Worship!

I look forward to worshipping with the angels - All the time!!!!
