The Beauty of Jesus as the Servant of All, Part 2
Teacher:
In scripture, the only trait Jesus proclaimed about Himself was that He was humble (Matthew 11:29). The very first thing John the Baptist proclaims about Jesus is that He is a "Lamb", a servant who would die for the sins of the world.
The incarnation of Jesus openly declares to us all that God is a humble servant. Even in judgment at the end of the age, He will be acting as a servant.
Looking at the humility of the Godhead produces a longing to be like Him and empowers us to walk in the same manner. In these two sessions of notes, Stuart Greaves develops these truths powerfully.
Stuart gave this message in Kansas City in December 2011.
